PLJ uses trade specific tools and cleaning solutions and a high pressure steam cleaning and extraction system to guarantee an effective outcome. Your tile and grout will be refreshed and renewed.
Our neat and effective process begins with a pre-spray chemical to loosen soil and grime from all tile and grout. We then use specially designed brushes to agitate the soil and grime and loosen it up even more. This is followed by a rotary steam extraction, which hovers over all areas with a rotating speed of 1,200 pi and high pressure steam of 250°. This high pressured steam is used to successfully remove the dirt and bacteria from your grout. We then apply a neutralizing agent followed by a final mop rinse.
